He has more than 10 years of experience in implementation and management in the field of new drug research digitalization. He has worked in Roche Global Drug Development Center for many years, and as the implementation leader of clinical system, he led the improvement project of Roche Global Drug Development clinical research digitalization platform, which significantly improved the implementation efficiency and quality of global registered clinical research projects; and received the Roche Most Recognized Employee of the Year and Outstanding Contribution of the Year Award. Graduated from the University of Yamanashi, Japan, with a Master's degree in Medical Engineering, and worked at EPS Tokyo headquarters for many years, responsible for the development and project management of clinical research systems.

Over 10 years of clinical operations management experience, graduated from Nanjing Medical University and St. John's University School of Pharmacy in New York.

He has worked in global clinical operations of global clinical trials in the global project management departments of several Fortune 500 companies, including Roche Global Drug Discovery Center, AstraZeneca and Aegon Weil.

Focused on global clinical research and related vendor management, with experience in immunology, viral, oncology, CNS and other multi-treatment areas.
